Role Description The Director of Enterprise Sales will play a pivotal role in leading and developing Knit's enterprise sales organization—driving the execution, discipline, and results needed to accelerate our journey from $10M to $100M in ARR. - Lead a team of 7–8 full-cycle Enterprise Account Executives responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding into new business units within existing accounts. - Focus on refining and enforcing a rigorous, metrics-driven sales process while coaching the team to perform at their highest level. - Partner closely with senior leadership—including the COO—to strengthen Knit's sales methodology, optimize pipeline health, and scale a culture of accountability, excellence, and growth. Qualifications - 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, including 3+ years managing a team of 4 or more quota-carrying Account Executives. - Proven success leading enterprise sales teams focused on new logo acquisition and cross-sell growth. - Strong command of sales process design and execution—ideally with experience using MEDDIC, SPICED, or similar frameworks. - Expertise managing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) with a deep commitment to pipeline hygiene and data accuracy. - Consistent track record of team quota attainment and pipeline growth in enterprise B2B environments. - Exceptional coaching and leadership skills, with a focus on developing AEs into top performers. - Strategic mindset with strong analytical ability—able to identify patterns, diagnose performance gaps, and implement effective improvements. - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Research, and Customer Success teams. - A builder’s mindset—comfortable bringing structure to a scaling organization and excited to refine repeatable, world-class sales processes. Role Description The Senior Survey Programmer's purpose is to ensure efficient and accurate study programming of all Knit surveys to meet and exceed customer expectations. This role is critical to our business because it provides a smooth, high-quality customer experience. - Review customers’ study designs and formulate recommendations to optimize questionnaires for successful programming and data outputs. - Accurately program all of the Knit studies into Qualtrics and the Knit dashboard. - Conduct quality control checks to ensure error-free surveys. - Ensure completion of survey programming by established deadlines and/or notifying teams with alternate plans when necessary. - Identify and implement innovative programming techniques and non-standard solutions to programming challenges when needed. - Integrate complex logic (display logic, branching, skip logic, termination logic, etc.), graphic, multimedia and specialty survey components when needed. - Provide technical support and guidance on survey programming best practices. - Coordinate with Research and Customer Success team members to ensure successful survey fielding and project completion. - Accurately and efficiently clean raw data in CSV exports for seamless uploading into Knit. Qualifications - Fluent in written and verbal English. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate directly with Knit’s US-based customers via email (occasionally, via Zoom calls). - Experience in a client-facing role. - Expert proficiency (6+ years) in survey programming software platforms, specifically Qualtrics. - Knowledge and experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - At least 3+ years of experience in Market Research (ideally having previous experience with large market research companies such as IPSOS, Kantar, Nielsen, Gartner, etc.). - Highly detail-oriented with a perfectionist attitude. - Ability to program surveys quickly and efficiently, with the ability to meet quick deadlines. - Bonus: Experience fielding online surveys using Cint (Lucid), InnovateMR, Prodege, etc. Requirements - 100% of programming errors caught before soft launch. - 100% of projects are optimized for display and for analysis in Knit once we hit go in soft launch (e.g. question type, filters/cuts, HVs, etc.). - <10% of all projects have a Tech team change request AFTER fieldwork has started. However, we do have pods in NYC, Austin, Chicago, and D.C., where we would love for you to work any time you’d like. Our standard operating hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST.
