• Conduct remote clinical consultations with customers to review their lab reports, provide explanations, offer evidence based advice, next steps and referrals. • Provide reassurance and clear next steps to customers who have received potentially distressing results. • Quality check clinical reports for accuracy. • Keep accurate records of client interactions in line with professional practice standards. • Follow Hertility care pathways and protocols. • Collaborate with a diverse medical team including nutritionists and dieticians, nurses and midwives, menopause specialists, counsellors, GP, fertility specialists (MDs) and operations and research teams.
• Assisting in the management of the lifecycle of controlled documents in Qualio (our QMS system), driving authors to meet review and approval deadlines. • Support standard operational procedures, work instructions, medical device technical documents and template drafting. • Assign training and track completion for document updates. • Help organise internal quality records, logs and dashboards. • Support with internal and external audits against ISO 13485 and ISO/IEC 27001 standards. • Support Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs), Non-Conformances (NC), change controls and follow up actions, including timely and structured root cause analysis (e.g. 5 whys, fishbone) and tracking effectiveness. • Drive audit readiness by maintaining organised evidence logs aligned to ISO 13485 and ISO 27001 requirements and contributing to ongoing quality assurance activities. • Coordinate the collection of Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) inputs. • Support risk register updates and Design History Files. • Contribute to Management Review quality reporting. • Support with Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Evaluation Reports and ongoing supplier monitoring. • Conduct quality checks on our medical device components and logistics providers, escalating non conformances independently.
• Conduct virtual consultations for women's health and fertility. • Create personalised care plans for patients after reviewing blood results and health assessments. • Provide clear and sensitive recommendations during consultations and follow up written letters. • Address topics like hormonal symptoms, gynaecological concerns, fertility treatment referrals, and pelvic ultrasound referrals.
• Own the company-wide revenue forecast, target-setting and in-period delivery across revenue streams. • Hold P&L-level accountability for revenue, commercial efficiency and the path to profitable growth, in partnership with Finance. • Own the unit economics that underpin the model i.e. LTV:CAC, blended and channel CAC, payback, variable margin and make confident decisions in imperfect, consent-constrained attribution data. • Set a single, integrated commercial strategy spanning consumer growth and B2B sales, with clear objectives cascaded to each Head of Department. • Own pricing, positioning and go-to-market across the portfolio, including new service and product tiers and add-ons. • Identify and prioritise new revenue: market expansion, strategic partnerships, affiliate and referral programmes, and the continued build-out of B2B. • Lead, develop and hold accountable the Head of Growth (DTC) and the Director of B2B Sales, and the wider teams working with them (growth marketing, product marketing, CRM/lifecycle, brand, data, and B2B sales/partnerships). • Build the operating cadence, planning, forecasting, reporting, experimentation that runs the commercial function as one engine. • Embed a data-led, accountable performance culture across both motions. • Partner with Product on roadmap prioritisation, product-market fit and product-led growth, bringing the commercial and customer lens to what gets built. • Operate as a core member of the leadership team, working cross-functionally across product, clinical services, finance and brand. • Own the commercial and growth narrative with the board and investors, and support fundraising.
• Own the end-to-end customer acquisition plan aligned to commercial growth targets • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across web and channels, including, but not limited to, paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search (Google), partnerships, affiliate, influencer, and emerging channels • Plan and manage marketing budgets, optimising for efficiency (CAC), volume, and LTV potential • Identify new customer acquisition opportunities through channel testing, audience insights, and experimentation • Own and lead the acquisition channel strategy, assessing and recommending opportunities across owned, earned, and paid media • Collaborate with channel owners, contractors and creative teams to align on business objectives and ensure delivery against acquisition KPIs • Drive improvements in conversion from awareness to purchase by partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, CRM, Clinical, and Research teams, testing and rolling out optimisations in messaging, customer journey, pricing, and UX • Use performance data and customer insights to continually optimise campaigns, forecast funnels, and shape future acquisition strategy • Partner with CRM, Product, Marketing and Clinical teams to improve customer retention, repeat purchase behaviour, engagement and customer lifetime value • Own key lifecycle metrics including repeat purchase rate, subscription conversion, churn and LTV • Identify opportunities to increase customer value through new products, services, care pathways and customer journeys • Lead a high-velocity experimentation programme across creative, landing pages, pricing, offers, channels and lifecycle journeys • Test and validate new acquisition channels, growth loops and emerging opportunities to unlock scalable growth • Own the combined brand and growth budget, managing the split across paid, owned and earned channels with clear ROI accountability • Deliver accurate, timely reporting on acquisition funnel metrics, channel performance and unit economics to the VP of Growth and Founders
• Supporting the full employee life cycle starting with the recruitment of new team members. • Owning the recruitment process from job briefing to offer stage. • Onboarding new starters; ensuring they have a five star experience, including acting as a point of contact, sending merch and equipment, setting them up for success so that they are ready to run on day 1. • Supporting various teams in organising successful events; including providing merchandise, room bookings and admin support. • Ensuring that all colleagues have the necessary equipment. • Helping to organise team days, including finding appropriate dates, support in creating the agenda, booking cost efficient travel for colleagues and founders, finding a suitable venue, booking catering and following up with feedback. • Offboarding employees who leave the business. • Acting as a point of contact with some external suppliers. • Helping to create people related internal comms. • Managing our ATS system, Team Tailor and our HRIS system, Humaans. • Ensuring the employee handbook is kept up to date. • Supporting the booking and arranging of travel, transport and accommodation when required. • General administrative tasks for the organisation.
