Role Description Ser partner estratégico de los equipos de negocio, acompañándolos en su desarrollo dentro de la organización. - Realizar seguimiento de la correcta ejecución y cumplimiento de varios procesos de People en los equipos de negocio, identificando oportunidades de mejora y llevando adelante planes de acción. - Ser responsable del data quality de las estructuras, garantizando que la información esté correcta en nuestro sistema de gestión. - Dar soporte en la construcción de insights utilizando la información disponible para identificar y acompañar a los equipos de trabajo en su desarrollo y estrategia. - Dar soporte en la ejecución de proyectos transversales de mejora continua en el área de People Partners. Qualifications - Profesional universitario o estudiante de los últimos años de la carrera de Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, Psicología o afines. - Experiencia mínima de 4 años en HR, preferentemente en la industria digital y al menos 1 año como People Partner o en un rol generalista similar. - Conocimiento y manejo de Google Workspace (must-have). - Conocimiento de Workday (desirable). - Nivel de ingles avanzado (must-have).
