Hertility
• Supporting the full employee life cycle starting with the recruitment of new team members. • Owning the recruitment process from job briefing to offer stage. • Onboarding new starters; ensuring they have a five star experience, including acting as a point of contact, sending merch and equipment, setting them up for success so that they are ready to run on day 1. • Supporting various teams in organising successful events; including providing merchandise, room bookings and admin support. • Ensuring that all colleagues have the necessary equipment. • Helping to organise team days, including finding appropriate dates, support in creating the agenda, booking cost efficient travel for colleagues and founders, finding a suitable venue, booking catering and following up with feedback. • Offboarding employees who leave the business. • Acting as a point of contact with some external suppliers. • Helping to create people related internal comms. • Managing our ATS system, Team Tailor and our HRIS system, Humaans. • Ensuring the employee handbook is kept up to date. • Supporting the booking and arranging of travel, transport and accommodation when required. • General administrative tasks for the organisation.
Job Requirements
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in a People, HR or Talent role, ideally within a fast-growing or start-up environment.
- Experience supporting recruitment end-to-end, from briefing through to offer, is highly desirable.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to everything you do, whether that's maintaining accurate records in our HRIS, writing a job advert or processing payroll.
- Communication Skills: Confident written and verbal communicator who can engage warmly and professionally with candidates, new starters, suppliers and senior stakeholders alike.
- Collaborative Spirit: A natural team player who thrives in a cross functional environment.
- Proactive & Adaptable: You're energised by variety and don't need things to be perfectly defined before you get going.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable working across HR and recruitment platforms (experience with Humaans and/or Team Tailor is a bonus).
- Passion for the Mission: A genuine interest in women's health, reproductive rights, and Hertility's mission to give every woman access to the healthcare she deserves.
- DBS Check: Because this role involves handling sensitive and confidential information, successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check. Hertility will arrange and pay for this as part of the onboarding process.
