• Executar e monitorar o processo de contas a pagar, garantindo a conformidade com políticas e prazos; • Realizar conciliações bancárias e lançamentos contábeis, assegurando a precisão das informações; • Processar pagamentos de fornecedores, faturas e despesas de acordo com as condições de pagamento; • Manter relacionamento com fornecedores para resolução de pendências e negociação de prazos; • Assegurar a conformidade com obrigações fiscais e tributárias nos pagamentos (retenções de impostos e contribuições); • Adicionar reembolso de despesas e auxiliar colaboradores neste processo; • Conferência e validação dos relatórios de despesas; • Análise de informações da área; • Acompanhar e responder os emails da área; • Validar os documentos comprobatórios; • Comunicação com os colaboradores.
Job Requirements
- Formação: Ensino superior completo ou cursando;
- Experiência em contas a pagar ou áreas financeiras similares;
- Conhecimento em ERPs;
- Conhecimento em Excel ou Google Sheets;
- Conhecimento de legislação tributária e obrigações fiscais;
- Perfil analítico, com atenção a detalhes e capacidade para solucionar problemas;
- Habilidade de comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
- Diferenciais: Experiência com processos de melhoria contínua e automação; Certificação em gestão financeira ou cursos especializados na área; Desejável inglês nível intermediário.
