Role Description The Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions Architect is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for architecture, design governance, and technical delivery oversight across assigned customer environments. This role provides technical leadership for cloud infrastructure, on-premises platforms, networking, database infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, and operational resilience initiatives. This position serves as a customer-facing technical advisor, partnering closely with customer stakeholders and internal leadership to define infrastructure strategies, architecture roadmaps, technical standards, and long-term operational objectives.
