Role Description The Optum Tech Chief Digital and Data Office (CDDO) is seeking a seasoned Director, Technical Program Manager to lead program management for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives spanning multiple business and technology domains. This role will orchestrate technology delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams, driving alignment, coordination, and progress toward shared objectives, with a focus on transforming consumer experiences and modernizing contact center capabilities to reduce overall operating expense. Operating within a highly matrixed environment, this leader will bring strong program management discipline, influential presence, and the ability to lead through collaboration—connecting strategy to execution, proactively managing risks, and synthesizing information across workstreams to provide a cohesive, program-level view of delivery, including clear visibility into what is being delivered, when, and overall program health. Role Description As an Aerospace Program Manager and AS9100 / ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, you will serve as a technical authority and certification decision-maker within the Aerospace sector, overseeing auditing and management of certification and assessment services across OEM and supply chain organizations.
