Head of Product – Fintech, Wallet, Remittance

• Definir, comunicar y ejecutar la visión y estrategia de producto, alineada con los objetivos del negocio. • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de producto: PMs y Product Design. • Construir y priorizar el roadmap con base en datos, research de usuarios y prioridades del negocio. • Ser la voz del usuario migrante dentro de la organización en cada decisión de producto. • Colaborar estrechamente con Tecnología, Growth, Compliance y Operaciones para lanzar iniciativas de alto impacto. • Gestionar el ciclo completo del producto: discovery, definición, lanzamiento y optimización continua. • Establecer métricas de éxito claras y construir una cultura de decisión basada en datos. • Representar a Producto en el equipo de liderazgo de Retorna y contribuir a la estrategia de la compañía.

Job Requirements

  • Mínimo 6 años en roles de producto, con al menos 4 años liderando equipos.
  • Experiencia previa en fintech, banca digital o productos financieros para consumo masivo.
  • Capacidad demostrada para definir estrategia de producto y ejecutarla con orientación a resultados.
  • Mentalidad data-driven: cómodo/a con métricas, experimentación y análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo.
  • Liderazgo empático: sabes desarrollar talento, generar confianza y construir equipos de alto rendimiento.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de alinear a múltiples stakeholders con intereses distintos.
  • Conocimiento o afinidad con las realidades del usuario migrante.
