• Lead drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including enterprise customer contracts and strategic vendor/data partnerships. • Partner with Sales, Product, Client Services, Information Security, and Finance to assess risk, and enable revenue with pragmatic legal guidance, understanding the business objective. • Advise on product initiatives (data usage, features, customer experience), bringing a product-oriented legal lens to decision-making. • Translate regulatory and data provider requirements into clear, actionable guidance for deals and operations. • Build leverage and automation through systems by improving CLM (Ironclad), templates, and playbooks to increase speed and consistency. • Coordinate with the in-house legal team to manage shifting priorities and contribute in areas beyond your current expertise. • Support business expansion and emerging initiatives, while staying ahead of fintech and regulatory developments. • Leverage AI tools to think, build, and execute daily
Job Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in good standing.
- 3+ years of experience contributing to an in-house legal team in a capacity beyond commercial contracting.
- 5+ years of experience managing commercial contract deliverables.
- 8+ years of experience, with scope and judgment aligned to senior or Head of Legal-level work.
- Experience contributing to an in-house legal team in specialties beyond commercial contracting.
- Demonstrated ability to both advise strategically and execute directly, including hands-on contract negotiation.
- Experience leading complex commercial deals with enterprise customers and financial institutions.
- Working knowledge of financial services, consumer protection, and data/privacy regulations.
- In-house experience in a high-growth or early-stage environment, with strong judgment, prioritization, and communication skills.
- A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.

Role Description Our doctors blend evidence-based practice with innovative approaches to support thousands of patients across Australia. We are seeking experienced, fellowed AHPRA-registered doctors (FRACGP/FACRRM or equivalent) to join our telehealth team. This is a fully remote, Western Australian based role, ideally suited to doctors who can work late afternoons and evenings - with a preference for availability between 3pm–9pm WA time, with some flexibility to support patient demand. Our patient cohort is diverse, and this role requires doctors who are comfortable consulting across a broad range of presentations and age groups.
