• Act as a senior member of the Lotus Legal & Compliance team, working closely with the Head of Legal & Compliance to provide strategic legal support and commercial consultancy across the global business, with a primary focus on Europe. • Support the commercial function by advising on a broad range of legal and strategic matters, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide variety of commercial contracts, as well as communications with suppliers, distributors, and commercial partners. • Advise on and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial arrangements, with particular focus on distribution, retail and aftersales agreements; IP licensing agreements; procurement agreements for the supply of goods and services; and related sales and distribution documentation, including compliance with EU data protection requirements. • Collaborate closely with Lotus subsidiaries and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions to support global product compliance initiatives and corporate governance matters. • Provide company secretarial support for European legal entities.
