• Responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of database systems that power Augeo's enterprise platforms across multiple teams and technology stacks. • Serve as a cross-team resource, ensuring database reliability, performance, and security across SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, and MySQL environments. • Manage both on-premises and cloud-based database infrastructure, develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS, and partner with development teams to optimize queries and design efficient data models. • Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness. • Leverage AI-powered database management tools and agentic AI assistants to automate routine administration tasks and accelerate performance diagnostics.

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions across the AWE, Encore, and ColdFusion platforms, ensuring fast, reliable, and repeatable builds, tests, and deployments • Define and enforce pipeline-as-code standards, managing Jenkinsfiles and GitHub Actions workflows in version control with proper branching, approval gates, and environment promotion strategies • Automate build, test, and deployment processes end-to-end, minimizing manual intervention and reducing time-to-production across all platforms • Manage and optimize containerized application deployments using Podman and Amazon ECS, including image builds, registry management, task definitions, service configurations, and auto-scaling policies • Architect, provision, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFront, Route 53) using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar) • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation tooling for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployment automation, and operational tasks across Windows and Linux environments • Establish automated security compliance checks and vulnerability remediation workflows, ensuring continuous compliance with SOC 2 Type II, and supporting PCI-DSS and other regulatory requirements as needed • Conduct regular security audits of infrastructure, pipelines, and deployment configurations, proactively identifying and remediating vulnerabilities before they reach production • Leverage AI-powered operations tools (AIOps) and agentic AI assistants to automate infrastructure monitoring, anomaly detection, incident triage, capacity planning, and automated remediation workflows • Design and deploy AI agents to accelerate DevOps workflows – automating security scanning, deployment validations, log analysis, runbook execution, and infrastructure drift detection • Own incident response and production reliability practices, including on-call processes, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement of system resilience

• Develop initial look and feel presentations based on client briefs and event objectives, including: Event logos and identities • Translate the design system across all event touchpoints and collateral, including: Large-scale signage, directional materials, pre-trip and welcome packets, high-end product packaging, amenity cards, and other custom event essentials • Serve as the senior design lead on assigned projects - working directly with clients and our account team to manage feedback, timelines, budgets, and deliverables using our project management system • Participate in project meetings, confidently present concepts to clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment from concept through execution • Project-based contracts ranging from 2–10 weeks depending on event scope
