This role is crucial for coordinating the execution of our utility-scale PV and ESS projects, ensuring their successful journey from inception to completion. - Coordinate the execution of utility-scale PV and ESS projects from project handover through commissioning and final acceptance. - Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and efficient execution. - Act as the central point of coordination between internal departments, EPC contractors, suppliers, customers, and external stakeholders. - Support project planning activities, risk management, and issue resolution throughout the entire project lifecycle. - Ensure all project documentation, reporting, and contractual requirements are properly managed and compliant. - Assist in budget tracking and cost control activities, contributing to financial efficiency. - Ensure compliance with French regulations, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, and company procedures. - Support commissioning activities and operational handovers when required, ensuring smooth project transitions. - Prepare regular and insightful project progress reports for management and clients. Qualifications - You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field. - Bring 2–5 years of experience in project management or project coordination within the dynamic renewable energy industry. - Demonstrate proven experience with utility-scale solar PV projects and/or battery energy storage systems (BESS). - Exhibit strong organizational skills and exceptional capabilities in stakeholder management. - You are adept at working independently within a remote and international environment. - Possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, navigating challenges with ease. - Professional proficiency in French (C1) and English (C1) is mandatory, enabling seamless communication. - You are willing to travel occasionally within France to support project needs. • Own and continuously improve the cadence of internal reporting: bi-weekly PM reports, leadership updates, CEO briefings, All Hands, and Board materials — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timeliness • Support the implementation and scaling of AI-powered automations to streamline reporting and other recurring operational processes; identify new areas where automation can reduce manual work • Drive cross-functional processes and experiments: rollout logs, retrospectives, onboarding of new team members, and identification of bottlenecks in cross-team workflows • Monitor KPIs and resource allocation across teams: prepare regular reports highlighting areas where the team is falling behind, facing blockers, or underutilizing resources — and propose concrete solutions • Support leadership with ad-hoc initiatives: research, calls, vendor coordination, contract reviews, test assignments, pre-screening candidates, and other tasks that require ownership and discretion • Partner with PMs, team leads, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines • Proactively identify operational gaps and bring forward ideas to improve how the team works

• Serve as a central driver of execution and governance across a portfolio of strategic marketing initiatives • Partner closely with marketing leaders, strategy teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives • Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, including project charters, RACI matrices, decision logs, and escalation protocols • Drive accountability across stakeholders without direct authority • Develop and manage integrated marketing roadmaps, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables • Track progress against strategic priorities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery • Identify risks, issues, and blockers, and proactively implement mitigation strategies • Partner with marketing managers, strategy leads, and execution teams to ensure seamless delivery across initiatives • Lead day-to-day program management activities, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, capturing action items, and tracking follow-ups • Deliver regular status updates and executive-level reporting, including progress summaries, risks, and key decisions.

• End-to-end oversight of eDiscovery projects of all sizes and complexities, ensuring excellence of quality and timeliness of deliverables. • Advise clients on eDiscovery strategies from identification and collection through production, including culling and filtering, processing, and document review. • Primary client point-of-contact for project-related queries, custom solutions and workflow escalations; general subject matter expert capable of deploying point SMEs as required. • Lead high level project/matter communication meetings and status updates; offer suggestions, solutions and recommendations. • Responsible for creating, maintaining and communicating project timelines and budgets. • Responsible for project-level reporting on metrics and deliverables. • Coordinates across internal delivery verticals to ensure appropriate services are deployed against project needs. • Support the invoice process, including review and correction of client invoices.
