Proposal Manager
Eurofins
• Lead proposal generation • Review client requests for capabilities, certifications, scope • Keep all internal stakeholders informed throughout the process • Facilitate and/or complete: Discussion on the proposal strategy • Confirm that lab certification(s) meets project requirements • Confirm that lab compound lists and limits meet project requirements • Determine the lab placement of the work • Identifies and works with subcontract laboratories • Submit proposal information and pricing to Pricing Desk • Generate the proposal documents • Obtain approval by stakeholders • Update status in LIMS • Review the RFP and/or other requests • Provide QAPP/SOW documentation • Provide second Level review to other’s proposals • Follow up on Proposal for award and debrief
Job Requirements
- BS in Natural Sciences, Business or Marketing
- Minimum of 5 Years experience working in proposal generation/bid or quote generation
- Project Management experience is desirable but not required
