Role Description We are searching for a highly motivated Proposal Coordinator to join our expanding Federal Marketing team, offering the flexibility to report to any of Pond’s offices or work remotely. The ideal candidate possesses fundamental knowledge of the AEC industry and experience in contracting with the Federal Government. This individual will contribute to our dynamic team of marketing and energy professionals, playing a pivotal role in supporting and leading various multidisciplinary projects. The successful candidate will also engage with clients and contribute to the development of proposals. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience developing proposals for federal clients, specifically the Department of Defense and major civilian agencies. - Proficiency in writing and editing technical narrative (with writing samples). - Proficiency in graphics, document layout, and production (with production samples). - Proficiency in relevant software, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). - Experience in developing and submitting SF330 qualifications packages. - Experience in developing and submitting task order responses within on-call or Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. - Experience developing sales collateral, including slideshows, brochures, website content, etc. - Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, team environment, with a positive attitude, multitasking skills, and self-motivation to produce high-quality work.

Role Description Join our Proposal Management team as a Proposal Manager I where you’ll play a key role in bringing new business opportunities to life. You’ll manage the end-to-end proposal process—working across teams to develop tailored, high-quality responses to client requests, including budgets, timelines, and written proposals.
