Role Description As a key player in the Eurofins network, we oversee multiple European businesses in Clinical testing area. With a vast network spanning over 350 sites in Europe, we are committed to maintaining robust IT security measures in alignment with business requirements. - Approvals: Act as a gatekeeper for sensitive access and firewall rule approvals, ensuring compliance with security policies and business needs. - Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of access permissions, firewall configurations, and IT infrastructure settings (e.g., AD, Intune, Office 365, Azure) to ensure adherence to security best practices and expectations. - Architectural Review and Change Management: Review and approve all proposed changes to the IT infrastructure, ensuring changes do not compromise security integrity. - Testing: Conduct vulnerability scans at both regional and laboratory levels, overseeing remediation efforts. Collaborate with Group Security to facilitate penetration testing as required. - Incident Response: Assist in the investigation of security breaches and provide support for security intelligence reported by the Group Security Operations Center (SOC). - Advisory Role: Work closely with newly acquired laboratories to enhance their security posture, leveraging internal security standards and the expertise of a Senior Security Analyst. Evaluate the security of both in-house and externally developed applications, providing recommendations for security enhancements. - Reporting: Contribute to the development of operational security Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and offer recommendations for improvement based on data analysis and industry best practices. - Vulnerability Management: Oversee the vulnerability management process for our entire infrastructure, ensuring timely identification, prioritization, and mitigation of vulnerabilities. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in information security roles, with a focus on vulnerability management, incident response, and security advisory. - Professional certifications such as ISO27001 (lead implementer or auditor) are preferred. - Other certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are a plus. - Strong knowledge of IT security principles, technologies, and best practices. - Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., vulnerability scanning tools, SIEM solutions). - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Effective English speaking and writing is mandatory. - Additional spoken languages would be a plus, especially French or Spanish. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. Compensation RON 8500 - RON 10500 monthly

• Maintain responsibility for sales of Eurofins Discovery services meeting sales and revenue growth targets for specified territory • Develop and maintain high level client relationships through regular face to face meetings • Provide recommendations and feedback for business development and operational strategy • Work with members of the sales team and operations to drive business. • Maintain a high level of technical and application competence and utilize this knowledge to drive business. • Promote and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. • Provide feedback and analysis to operations to improve/adjust/expand marketing strategies. • Ability to travel approximately 10-20% outside of the assigned territory • Use a CRM to log client meetings, significant calls as well as for the tracking of all opportunities. • Input leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities into the company CRM and maintain the accuracy of these records to timeframes as directed by sales management • Create and update key account plans in the company CRM for use in creating and presenting to Eurofins Discovery leadership on a quarterly basis • Complete expense reports per policy • Provide monthly forecast of business, by the due date specified, utilizing tools defined by sales management

• Responds to employee relations matters and counsel managers on employment law • performance management, and best practices for effective employee relations. • Proactively partners with leaders to address high volumes of complex performance and conduct issues • providing guidance to minimize risk and protect the business. • Coaches managers on effectively identifying and distinguishing between performance deficiencies and behavioral concerns • Ensures consistent, compliant resolution strategies aligned with established disciplinary process. • Counsels on how to provide constructive feedback, write effective disciplinary actions, and provide clearly written objectives and performance evaluations. • Partners with the National Service Center representatives on internal investigations as well as complex personnel issues. • Educates managers regarding the spirit and intent of laws, regulations, and company policy. • Investigates employee complaints of policy violations recommending resolutions to key stakeholders. • Provides excellent customer service through effective resolution of issues. • Ensures strict adherence to confidentiality and sensitivity in handling all aspects of private data and confidential matters. • Maintains accurate employee records & input personnel changes within the HRIS (OracleHCM).

• Setting up, configuring and testing AX/D365FO functional modules and processes with the ability to identify system gaps using strong process & system knowledge • Providing day-to-day functional and process-related support to AX/D365FO users and operational units across the Eurofins network in areas including but not limited to inance and purchasing • Analysing and documenting related Problems , Incidents and Change Requests in liaison with Process Owners and Business Analysts from IT delivery teams • Close, proactive and professional cooperation with other Global IT delivery teams ensuring high standards of performance and high quality of delivered solutions • Preparing, planning and leading training sessions for business and end users ensuring proper knowledge and skills development across the Eurofins network of companies • Preparing, planning and executing test plans and test cases for end-to-end business scenarios and leading local UAT activities in cooperation with the Release Manager • Preparing, planning and executing Cut-Over and Go-Live plans for newly integrated entities including data migration, cleansing, and preparation

• Work closely with the IT Solutions Director, program leadership, and cross-functional IT teams to successfully deliver multiple technical initiatives • Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting across several technical workstreams • Ensure all technical projects & streams remain on track by actively managing project schedules, dependencies, monitoring execution, identifying and mitigating risks early • Ensure readiness for upcoming milestones • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, technical leads, functional consultants, developers, QA and data teams, as well as external implementation partners • Ensure consistent delivery practices, adherence to Eurofins’ standards, and strong integration across all technical domains
