Our client’s innovative internal creative agency is a dynamic hub where groundbreaking ideas transform into impactful marketing and advertising campaigns that reach millions. Responsibilities - Generate impactful creative ideas for pitch decks and presentations. - Support, generate, and edit creative concepts that align with brand vision and campaign themes, ensuring consistency. - Develop diverse creative assets for paid, earned, and owned channels, including print, in-store signage, email, social media, marketing collateral, and digital/web platforms. - Collaborate closely with design and writing peers, as well as various internal stakeholders. - Partner with design peers and implementation teams to effectively deliver on project briefs. - Execute assigned creative tasks under the guidance of senior creative leadership. Required Qualifications - A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work examples is essential for consideration (please include a link in your resume). - 3-5 years of design experience within an agency or corporate environment. - Demonstrated ability to connect individual projects to broader campaign strategies. - Exceptional attention to detail and robust production design capabilities. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. - Highly organized with excellent communication skills to articulate ideas and creative solutions clearly. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Professional, reliable, and effective in time management. - A strong team player with enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach to work. - Eagerness to take creative direction, learn quickly, and embrace feedback and new ideas. - Proficiency on a Mac using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. - High School Diploma or GED required Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a retail environment. - Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. - Bachelor’s Degree in Design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.17 to $42.78 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
