This role will drive end-to-end execution across multiple cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, Analytics, and Design. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical program management expertise, experience managing complex software initiatives, and the ability to drive alignment, execution, and delivery in fast-paced Agile environments. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end technical program execution including planning, delivery, dependency management, and risk mitigation. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Architecture teams to align program goals and execution plans. Manage project roadmaps, milestones, sprint visibility, and cross-team collaboration across multiple initiatives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, stakeholder communication, escalation management, and roadmap prioritization. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), delivery tracking, and executive-level program status reporting. Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of Technical Program Management or Product/Program Management experience. Experience managing highly complex technical initiatives across multiple software engineering teams. Strong Agile/Scrum delivery and cross-functional stakeholder management experience. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Lucidchart, or similar collaboration tools Strong program planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation experience.
