• Build, test, and deploy features for our SaaS web applications • Read, analyze, and improve existing codebases • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability • Identify and fix vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and poor architecture • Establish and enforce development best practices and standards • Design systems and features with long-term scalability in mind • Make decisions on frameworks, tools, and structure • Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy and quality before implementation • Optimize performance and system reliability • Own development timelines and deliverables • Break down projects into clear tasks and milestones • Collaborate with internal team members (marketing, ops, leadership) • Ensure projects move forward proactively without constant oversight • Use tools like Claude and Abacus to accelerate development where appropriate • Prompt effectively and refine outputs • Validate and improve AI-generated code (not blindly trust it) • Manage code through GitHub workflows • Deploy and maintain applications via Vercel (or similar platforms) • Handle integrations, APIs, and third-party tools • Troubleshoot bugs, outages, and performance issues

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation • Coordinate day-to-day project operations across teams • Track project progress, priorities, blockers, and risks • Proactively resolve issues and escalate concerns early • Ensure accountability and operational efficiency across all project stakeholders • Continuously optimize project workflows, tools, and methodologies • Serve as the main operational point of contact for clients • Build strong client trust through responsiveness and transparent communication • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and milestones • Ensure clients consistently feel supported and well-informed • Identify opportunities for delivery improvements and enhanced client satisfaction • Monitor budgets, project costs, and resource efficiency • Optimize resource planning and task distribution across teams • Define staffing and hiring needs for assigned projects/accounts • Coordinate recruitment processes with technical interviewers • Ensure strong alignment between client needs and team capabilities • Support team efficiency, collaboration, and overall project health • Provide operational feedback to team members • Help resolve team performance or collaboration challenges • Foster alignment with company culture, values, and delivery expectations • Monitor KPIs related to project delivery, client satisfaction, and operational effectiveness • Prepare reports, analyses, and risk assessments • Use data-driven insights to implement process improvements • Contribute to refining internal project management standards and best practices

• Champion Lean and Agile ways of working, leading the team in standing up the most productive processes for the task at hand • Design and facilitate workshops and ceremonies that provide direction and rally the team around a plan • Foster strong team dynamics, coaching the team and individuals to collaborate effectively and work through conflict • Own the full PMO remit: governance, team logistics, resource tracking, budget and burn reporting, RAID logs, and senior stakeholder communication • Gather, unpack and document product requirements, translating client needs into well-defined briefs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering and design can act on • Navigate trade-offs and drive prioritisation conversations, keeping decisions grounded in scope, effort and feasibility within given parameters • Bring empathy to the client relationships and clarity to commercial conversations, setting expectations continuously and surfacing risks and mitigations early.
