• Lead, coach, and motivate the account sales team by building a strong pipeline of new opportunities. • Develop sustainable and profitable market share growth with current and new customers. • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop rolling three year strategic plan /roadmap for growth. • Develop yearly business plans, update monthly progress to the plan and partner with the sales team to achieve the results. • Support career development of the sales team. Support training and competency developments where needed. • Grow top line revenue faster than the customer industries as a whole. Revenue growth must be profitable. • Bring forward VOC and market trends to support product development, investments and new innovation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Application/Sales Engineering, Business Development, Sales or Sales Management for an industrial component company
- Aggressive, relentlessly inquisitive, and entrepreneurial
- Driven by success and a passion for winning
- Proven ability to develop positive and lasting rapport with both internal and external customers at all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Role Description We're looking for a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our growing team at Movement Resilience!
