• Build and maintain a single source of truth across all channels (Yelp, Thumbtack, LSA, SEO, Google Maps). • Track metrics across all active channels, identify where budget should move, and deliver clear weekly/monthly reports to the founder. • Own the bi-weekly syncs and monthly reporting relationship with the external SEO agency. • Contribute to email strategy and content direction. • Identify A/B testing opportunities, propose conversion improvements, and track results. • Analyze which sources are performing, where CPL is too high, and where to reallocate.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, ideally for a local services, home services, or multi-location business
- Strong working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
- Comfortable with Google Analytics / GA4 and building performance reports
- Experience with at least one of: Yelp Ads, Thumbtack Pro, Google LSA
- WordPress familiarity — enough to run A/B tests and make CRO recommendations
- Available for PST 9am–12pm overlap daily (full async outside of that window)
- Fluent English — written and spoken

Your key focus areas will be Paid Social Campaign Ownership (End-to-End) - Own the full lifecycle of paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn (core platforms), as well as Reddit, TikTok, and other channels where relevant. - Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns hands-on – including campaign structure, targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and budget allocation. - Deliver against MQL and pipeline targets within defined efficiency metrics (e.g. CPL / CP-MQL). - Continuously identify and execute optimisation opportunities across audiences, creatives, formats, and funnel stages.
