• Own full-cycle accounting operations across a portfolio of U.S.-based SMB clients, managing up to 30 accounts with high accuracy and consistency • Lead month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes, including financial reviews, reconciliations, and reporting • Analyze financial data, identify trends and variances, and confidently present insights to clients during recurring meetings • Review and oversee accounting workflows completed by junior team members, providing guidance, delegation, and quality control • Act as a key escalation point for complex accounting issues, client requests, and accounting clean-up projects • Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, problem-solving, and high-quality service • Drive operational excellence by improving workflows, supporting system adoption, and maintaining internal process standards
• Design and build a suite of internal AI agents that integrate across the company's VoIP/CRM system, Telegram, and email. • Build on top of low-code / no-code AI frameworks such as Wordware, Relevance AI. • Maintain clean API documentation and ensure all integrations are robust and recoverable. • Support minor front-end work on the existing WordPress + Cloudflare site as needed. • Own the full technical architecture — there is no existing tech lead.

• Own our AMA program end-to-end: community AMAs, Reddit AMAs, and expert-led sessions. • Source and confirm community leaders; manage outreach from intro to committed. • Expand what is already working and launch new formats where there is signal. • Run webinars in parallel as a secondary format: speaker sourcing, promotion, execution, follow-up. • Turn every AMA and webinar into a stream of content across company’s social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and beyond). • Turn events into ongoing conversations, content flows, and measurable pipeline. • Use AI tools and agents to accelerate outreach, research, and content production without sacrificing quality.
• Build and own a central marketing dashboard that tracks all key metrics: CAC, LTV, payback period, lead volume, conversion rates, and channel ROI across all five markets. • Deliver structured reports to the CEO enabling data-driven budget and strategy decisions. • Manage and optimize active acquisition channels: Yelp, Thumbtack, Local Service Ads (LSA), organic SEO, and word-of-mouth initiatives. • Work with the current agency managing the WordPress site to run structured A/B tests aimed at improving conversion rates. • Own CAC, LTV, and payback metrics broken down by market and service type. • Maintain and improve the email marketing strategy currently run internally.
