Role Description The Applications Engineer, Power Conversion Systems, is an individual contributor who provides technical leadership and customer-facing expertise for Dynapower’s Clean Energy business segments. This role supports both customers and the frontline sales team by applying broad technical insight to evaluate projects from multiple perspectives and guide optimal system design. Partnering closely with sales, product management, and engineering, the Applications Engineer helps define requirements, develop solutions, and support system integration across the full pre- and post-sales lifecycle. Leveraging deep expertise in power electronics and BESS/renewable energy infrastructure, the role translates customer priorities—such as efficiency, redundancy, grid interaction, and scalability—into practical, compliant solutions.
