Insights could help refine our approach and shape the future of Hostinger's Website Builder. - Product-related user flow analysis and A/B testing would be welcome too! - Measuring Marketing Impact: - Understand user interactions post-communication, such as opening messages, visiting our self-service panel, or making purchases. Your input will help improve marketing strategies and drive revenue. - Churn & Retention Analysis: - Dive deep into why users stay or leave, create dashboards, test hypotheses about user behavior, segmentation and pricing sensitivity, and run A/B tests to improve retention. - Improving Customer Success (CS): - Analyze customer behaviour and patterns to identify common issues, improve onboarding, refine our AI-powered chatbot, and define successful CS conversations. - And many more, depending on your skills, interests and business needs. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, finance analyst or similar role. - Hands-on SQL expertise - you can write queries, create and optimize dashboard models. - Proficiency in data visualization tools - experience with Tableau or other tools. - A results-driven mindset - love turning raw data into clear, actionable insights. - Strong communication & collaboration skills - able to explain complex data simply and work well with cross-functional teams.
