Join the MasTec family and help us provide the highest level of quality service to our customers and communities while maintaining our commitment to safety! - Perform clerical work in reviewing, processing, and maintaining basic accounting or construction-related documents. - Work directly with the office staff (Regional Management, project managers, and accounting), and assist with multiple and varied tasks. - Keep all office documents filed (paper/electronically), organized, and maintained. - Be responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely payment of subcontractors. - Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment. - Enter invoices in a timely and accurate manner daily, with proper approvals. - Process 2 and 3-way purchase order invoices and act as a primary contact between internal and external customers to resolve issues that arise. - Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management. - Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications - You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality. - You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work. - You have three or more years of clerical experience. - You have strong computer and business solutions software skills. - You possess excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize work. - You’re able to perform accurate computations and verification of data. - Able to prepare basic reports. - Able to use word processing, spreadsheet, database, and related software applications. Requirements - Compensation of $22-$25 per hour, depending on the experience.
