Senior IT Manager
Masabi
• Lead the deployment of Masabi’s internal AI tooling and automation strategy, helping others automate their work and use tools like LLMs effectively. • Manage Masabi’s internal business systems, data flows and IT projects, ensuring our tools and processes support a growing global business. • Shape Masabi’s internal data strategy, providing governance and support across all data platforms and delivering clear BI reporting across the business. • Lead the Service Desk function and manage two Support Engineers, helping shape support processes and ensuring a reliable, responsive support experience. • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage purchases, renewals, consolidation, cost awareness and platform effectiveness across employee tooling. • Oversee the end-user technology environment, including devices, identity and access management, SSO, MDM, provisioning and endpoint management.
Job Requirements
- Curious about AI and interested in practical ways to reduce repetitive work, improve workflows, strengthen reporting, and help teams get more value from the tools they use.
- Experience leading internal technology, business systems, or IT operations within a tech-led environment supporting 200+ users.
- Comfortable setting direction for internal systems while remaining hands-on with tooling, projects, and day-to-day problem solving.
- Strong understanding of business systems such as ERP, CRM, PSA, finance, people, or delivery platforms, with a focus on improving how teams operate and collaborate.
- Good understanding of data strategy, including improving reporting, data quality, and operational visibility across a business.
- Strong experience across core IT platforms including SSO, MDM, endpoint management, Google Workspace, and access management tooling.
- Confident partnering with vendors and stakeholders to make thoughtful decisions around tooling, cost management, and business impact.
- Experience leading or supporting a small team, creating clear processes and delivering a reliable, people-first support experience.
- You bring good judgement around security, access controls, governance and compliance processes
