• Creation, development and automation of reports and analyses in the field of information security • Support in preparing reports, documentation and tracking of actions in IT security and emergency management • Coordination and monitoring of vulnerabilities, malware reports and security incidents • Research and assessment of current cyber threats and support in risk analyses (Threat Intelligence) • Monitoring schedules, deadlines and security-related measures • Preparation and follow-up of meetings, including minute-taking • Supporting the Information Security Officers and the team lead in day-to-day operations

• Resolve errors and malfunctions efficiently and routinely via remote access • Prioritize, classify, and document incidents clearly in our ticketing system • Escalate tickets to the appropriate support teams when issues cannot be resolved • Manage and monitor tickets in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs) • Share knowledge and maintain documentation in the knowledge base

• Analyze, document and model business processes for external clients and internal departments • Conduct interviews, workshops and on-site observations with clerical staff, team leaders and subject matter experts • Critically assess existing processes: identify weaknesses, breaks in information flow, manual tasks and automation opportunities • Produce clear, structured and technically actionable requirements for our engineering team • Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are understood, feasible and complete • Support implementation: clarify technical questions, assist with testing and collect feedback from the business units • Document processes, requirements and outcomes • Actively help shape DATAGROUP’s internal process landscape

• Point of contact and project manager for the implementation and redesign of export processes with SAP S/4HANA • Optimization of export and shipping design and processes based on S/4HANA Sales • Translation of clients' visions and requests into concrete requirements for the development team • Actively contributing to the success and ongoing development of clients

• Designing processes and customizations in close cooperation with our clients • Advising and supporting customers in the use of their SAP Business One® • Conducting training sessions and user onboarding • Installing and implementing SAP Business One® and add-ons • Project planning and organization to successfully deliver our client projects • Travel as needed to be on-site with customers and provide optimal solutions
