IT Support Specialist

Role Description - Assist with daily IT operations, including user account management, device setup, and troubleshooting. - Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues. - Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper equipment tracking. - Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes for employees and contractors. - Document IT processes, procedures, and technical resolutions for reference. - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalated issues or projects. - Help ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards. Qualifications - Associate degree in Information Technology or related field; equivalent experience accepted. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic networking concepts. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. - Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Fundamentals) a plus.
