Masabi

• Apply necessary payroll changes to relevant platforms to ensure data is ready for review and approval by the Employer of Record (EOR) across multiple jurisdictions (UK, USA, PASSENGER, EOR, RO). • Act as the primary payroll cover to ensure continuity of business operations. • Prepare pension files and handle the monthly management of AXA benefits when they are processed through payroll. • Lead the creation, administration, and internal communication regarding P11D forms, and assist with PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA) data collection. • Act as the go-to contact for all employee payroll-related questions. • Oversee expense processing across Expensify, EOR platforms, and Navan. • Monitor and track company policy allowances, approving expenses in strict accordance with internal guidelines. • Input and update project codes and manager assignments within Expensify, actively seeking manager approvals when required. • Manage financial coding, including accurate processing of VAT. • Generate and distribute Navan utilization and expense reporting. • Resolve everyday employee queries regarding the expense process. • Collate, review, and track expenses on behalf of company credit card users, managing monthly communications and chasing cardholders for outstanding or completed reports. • Manage credit card accruals and correct VAT codes upon receipt of material evidence. • Prepare supplier aging reports and the weekly payment run for review by the Financial Controlling Associate. • Collate tax documentation and expense data to support international operations (e.g. Romania tax compliance). • Support our auditors with data across your areas of responsibility.

• Build and evolve features in Masabi's native iOS app, delivering ticketing, fare payment and journey experiences to riders across our transit agencies • Integrate Justride SDK and public API capabilities into the app • Write clean, maintainable Swift and UIKit code • Partner with our platform teams so SDK and API capabilities land well in the app • Help maintain a healthy, releasable codebase

• Shape Masabi’s platform architecture, including platform blueprint definition, standards and best practices • Design and deliver scalable, robust, cost efficient services aligned with platform blueprint • Stay hands-on in code and technical delivery, including reviews and targeted contributions • Identify and work through complex platform challenges related to scalability, performance, resilience and cost • Act as a senior technical advisor across engineering teams, supporting and influencing technical decisions • Shape and contribute to technical roadmap planning and prioritisation of platform improvements • Support RFP estimation and technical scoping for complex initiatives • Produce clear, high-quality technical documentation and architecture artefacts • Improve how architecture is understood and applied across engineering and the wider business • Contribute to and help shape technical forums and working groups, including areas such as API and architecture governance

• Own the running of People Operations across a globally distributed workforce, from employee queries and lifecycle changes to onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits and HR systems • Partner with the wider People team to deliver key People programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, compensation cycles and probation tracking • Build and improve processes, workflows, programs and self service experiences so they’re clear, consistent and easy to follow • Keep people data accurate and useful, maintaining BambooHR, supporting reporting and giving the team visibility when they need it • Keep core People Operations compliant, organised and audit-ready across systems, training, documentation and employee records • Work closely with Finance, IT, People Partners and external providers to keep payroll inputs, onboarding, EOR processes and vendors running smoothly • Build more scalable and thoughtful People Operations as Masabi grows, improving employee experience across key moments in the employee lifecycle
