Role Description Wir suchen jemanden, der LinkedIn und E-Mail Marketing nicht nur „schon mal gemacht“ hat, sondern wirklich versteht. Jemanden, der aus einem technischen Thema eine klare Content Idee entwickeln kann, diese sauber formuliert und anschließend auch umsetzt. Du arbeitest für Interius selbst und vor allem für unsere internationalen Kunden. - Du entwickelst Content Ideen für LinkedIn, Newsletter und E-Mail Kampagnen für technische B2B Unternehmen aus der Wasserindustrie. - Du schreibst LinkedIn Beiträge, Newsletter, E-Mail Sequenzen und kurze Kampagnen Texte in Englisch und Deutsch. - Du übersetzt technische Informationen, Kundeninput, Case Studies, Produktvorteile und Markttrends in verständliche, glaubwürdige und relevante Inhalte. - Du planst, strukturierst und veröffentlichst Content für Kundenaccounts und Interius. - Du arbeitest mit ActiveCampaign und setzt dort Newsletter, Automationen, Segmente und einfache Kampagnen auf. - Du analysierst, welche Inhalte funktionieren, und leitest daraus neue Ideen ab. - Du arbeitest eng mit Grafik, Projektmanagement und Geschäftsführung zusammen. - Du kommunizierst bei Bedarf direkt mit Kunden, holst Informationen ein und setzt Feedback professionell um. - Du hältst Deadlines ein, auch wenn mehrere Kundenprojekte parallel laufen. Qualifications - Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung mit LinkedIn Content, idealerweise im B2B Umfeld. - Du verstehst, wie LinkedIn funktioniert: Reichweite, Hooks, Formate, Timing, Kommentare, Unternehmensseiten, persönliche Profile und die Unterschiede zwischen oberflächlichem Content und relevantem Content. - Du kannst aus wenig Input eine brauchbare Content Idee entwickeln. - Du schreibst sehr gutes Englisch. - Du hast Erfahrung mit E-Mail Marketing und idealerweise mit ActiveCampaign. - Du kannst technische Themen verstehen, strukturieren und verständlich erklären. - Du bist kein Berufsanfänger und brauchst keine Grundausbildung in Marketing. - Du bist eigenverantwortlich, organisiert und klar in der Kommunikation. - Du kannst mit Kunden umgehen und verstehst, dass eine gute Idee nichts wert ist, wenn sie nicht sauber umgesetzt wird. - Du bist belastbar, deadlinefähig und arbeitest auch dann strukturiert, wenn es eng wird.
