Wir suchen jemanden, der technisches B2B Design versteht und in der Lage ist, komplexe Inhalte visuell sauber, professionell und markengerecht umzusetzen. Es geht um Broschüren, Datenblätter, LinkedIn Grafiken, Präsentationen, Case Studies, technische Collaterals und Bildbearbeitung für internationale Kunden. - Du erstellst grafische Materialien für technische B2B Unternehmen, insbesondere Broschüren, Datenblätter, LinkedIn Grafiken, Präsentationen, Case Studies und weitere Marketing Collaterals. - Du arbeitest sicher mit Adobe InDesign und Photoshop. Kein Canva!!! - Du setzt bestehende Brand Design Guides konsequent um. - Du entwickelst bei Bedarf grafische Konzepte weiter und hilfst dabei, Marken visuell stärker und konsistenter zu machen. - Du bearbeitest Bilder, technische Visuals, Produktfotos und Grafiken professionell. - Du nutzt KI Tools sinnvoll zur Unterstützung von Bildbearbeitung, Layout Ideen, Visualisierung und effizienter Umsetzung. - Du arbeitest eng mit Content, Projektmanagement und Geschäftsführung zusammen. - Du kommunizierst bei Bedarf direkt mit Kunden, verstehst Briefings und setzt Feedback zuverlässig um. - Du lieferst saubere Dateien, druckfähige Layouts und professionelle Ergebnisse. - Du arbeitest auch unter Zeitdruck strukturiert und terminsicher. Qualifications - Du hast nachweisbare Erfahrung im Grafikdesign, idealerweise für technische B2B Unternehmen. - Du beherrschst Adobe InDesign und Photoshop sicher. - Du kannst Broschüren, Datenblätter, Präsentationen und LinkedIn Grafiken professionell gestalten. - Du bist kein Berufsanfänger und brauchst keine Grundausbildung in Layout, Typografie oder Kundenkommunikation. - Du verstehst Branding nicht als Buzzword, sondern kannst nach Brand Design Guides arbeiten und Marken grafisch sauber weiterentwickeln. - Du hast ein gutes Auge für Struktur, Lesbarkeit, Hierarchie und professionelle technische Kommunikation. - Du kannst mit englischen und deutschen Inhalten arbeiten. - Du bist in der Lage, direkt mit Kunden zu kommunizieren. - Du bist eigenverantwortlich, organisiert und zuverlässig. - Du hast eine Affinität zu KI Tools und verstehst, wie man sie praktisch im Designprozess einsetzt. - Du kannst unter Druck liefern, ohne dass die Qualität auseinanderfällt.
