Nova Biomedical
• Responsible for making substantive contributions to the Advanced Instruments Artel Bio Portfolio growth in the life science markets • Implementing strategic customer-facing programs for products and services in defined territory • Reaching quarterly and annual sales quotas and achieving opportunity creation targets • Identifying and solving customer pains in their automation workflows financially and technically • Handling objections, negotiating value, promoting key benefits of working with the company
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business, science, or engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales
- Preferred experience in automated liquid handling in Biotech / biopharma market focus
- Experienced in complex sales processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication, both commercially and technically
- Highly interpersonal and strong passion for sales methodology
- Good level in IT (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with CRM (ideally Salesforce.com)
- Strong presentation skills
- Willing to travel 50% of working time
- English is a mandatory, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
