Job Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 5+ years of HVAC/R experience
- 5+ years of strategic account management experience
- Salesforce proficiency
- Ability to travel within Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties

• Develop and implement required plans to secure sales targets • Acquire the relevant knowledge of the marketplace for our brands in the territory • Gather and interpret relevant data and insights, through customer and stakeholder interaction, as well as other available sources • Establish, control and monitor customer engagement plans for all relevant prescribing centres including cross-functional customer support activities from all relevant Sobi workstreams • Identify and assess market opportunities and decide on tactics in collaboration with the local team in order to maximize on the business opportunity • Share and communicate market knowledge and customer insights internally with the team members • Execute the account plan/brand plan and continuously revise the plan when needed • Analyse and follow-up on sales and activities, including spending • Customer contact for our brands in the territory: Initiate and execute customer activities • Identify and interact with Key Opinion Leaders and other relevant stakeholders in the territory • Share best practice initiatives
• The Account Supervisor works with our clients to plan, execute, manage and analyze their digital marketing campaigns. • This role interacts with our clients on a daily basis to build and maintain a strong partner relationship. • The Account Supervisor works closely with each of the internal departments at EVERSANA INTOUCH, including project management, business systems analysis, creative, analytics, social media, design and development. • The Account Supervisor uses an understanding of marketing strategies, web metrics and other data to lead client strategic and tactical digital marketing efforts. • This role serves as primary contact to the client and/or agency partners to lead and implement digital marketing strategies and projects. • The Account Supervisor takes the lead in the development of detailed campaign and project plans and serves as project owner, with overall responsibility for the finished product/service to client. • Other responsibilities include management and delivery of status updates and financial forecasting and tracking of budget, target goals and objectives for the client.
