• Shape and strengthen the organisation’s ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System across a global business landscape. • Drive governance, risk management, compliance, and security best practice while influencing strategic initiatives. • Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, HR, Compliance, and Operations. • Lead policy development, internal audits, risk assessments, incident readiness, and supplier assurance activities. • Support major business initiatives including global expansion and transformation projects.

• Serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients • Sell life and health insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices • Analyze member/client needs and recommend personalized solutions • Balance sales objectives, sound and prudent risk management, profitability and member/client satisfaction • Advise and assist current and potential members and clients • Establish and negotiate product and service terms in accordance with standards and procedures • Monitor the industry to identify business development opportunities and stay on top of new products and trends

Role Description We’re seeking a proactive Cyber Security Specialist to safeguard our digital assets by monitoring threats, managing vulnerabilities, and enforcing robust security policies. - Threat Monitoring: Use SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to detect and respond to security incidents. - Vulnerability Management: Conduct assessments and penetration tests; implement remediation strategies. - Policy & Compliance: Update security policies to ensure adherence to standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001). - Team Collaboration: Work with IT and provide security training to enhance company-wide awareness. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3+ years’ experience in cybersecurity with hands-on exposure to SIEM, IDS/IPS, and network security tools. - Preferred certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+. - Strong analytical and communication skills.
