• Shape and strengthen the organisation’s ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System across a global business landscape. • Drive governance, risk management, compliance, and security best practice while influencing strategic initiatives. • Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, HR, Compliance, and Operations. • Lead policy development, internal audits, risk assessments, incident readiness, and supplier assurance activities. • Support major business initiatives including global expansion and transformation projects.

Role Description We’re seeking a proactive Cyber Security Specialist to safeguard our digital assets by monitoring threats, managing vulnerabilities, and enforcing robust security policies. - Threat Monitoring: Use SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) to detect and respond to security incidents. - Vulnerability Management: Conduct assessments and penetration tests; implement remediation strategies. - Policy & Compliance: Update security policies to ensure adherence to standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001). - Team Collaboration: Work with IT and provide security training to enhance company-wide awareness. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3+ years’ experience in cybersecurity with hands-on exposure to SIEM, IDS/IPS, and network security tools. - Preferred certifications: CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+. - Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Act as a genuine business partner, not a gatekeeper. • Engage with teams early in the process to understand what they're trying to build and why — then help them get there securely. • Translate complex security risks into clear business language so stakeholders can make informed, confident decisions. • Negotiate practical solutions that balance business velocity with security best practices. • Own security initiatives end to end — from gap identification and solution selection through implementation and handoff. • Collaborate with both teams throughout, not just at the finish line. • Own the development and execution of a forward-looking, cloud-first security architecture vision. • Identify gaps in our current security posture and research emerging technologies. • Champion standardized security architecture frameworks to continuously mature our security discipline. • Define and maintain Terraform-based configuration standards and modern identity management practices. • Ensure data and application security are foundational in everything we build. • Manage our network penetration testing program, coordinating approximately five third-party engagements per year. • Design cybersecurity solutions that align with enterprise policy while being practical enough for teams to actually implement. • Raise the security awareness bar across the enterprise through ongoing education and communication.
