We are looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategy and campaigns across our core sport tentpoles in 2026 and beyond. This role will be instrumental in bringing our evolving marketing strategy to life-ensuring campaigns are cohesive, insight-driven, and fully aligned across channels. While we have strong coverage on the Product Marketing side, this role fills a critical gap on the integrated marketing front. We are looking for a high-impact marketer who can operate at a strategic level while also flexing into execution-owning campaign direction, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring flawless go-to-market delivery. This role will also provide guidance and direction to junior team members, including a Senior Associate Integrated Marketing Manager, helping elevate campaign execution and overall team effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Own Integrated Marketing Strategy for Tentpoles: Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies for key sports seasons and tentpole moments (e.g., NFL, NBA, MLB), ensuring alignment with business goals, player behavior, and market opportunities. - Drive End-to-End Campaign Leadership: Oversee campaign planning and execution across paid, owned, and earned channels-ensuring clear direction, strong alignment, and high-quality delivery across all touchpoints. - Lead Go-to-Market Planning: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product, Promotions and other channel marketing teams to shape and operationalize go-to-market strategies-translating product priorities into coordinated, full-funnel marketing plans. - Set Campaign Direction & Briefing Standards: Establish clear campaign frameworks, messaging direction, and briefing standards that enable Creative, CRM, Social, and Paid Media teams to execute effectively and consistently. - Ensure Cross-Channel Alignment: Act as the central strategic connector across Marketing functions-ensuring all channels are working cohesively, messaging is consistent, and campaigns are optimized holistically rather than in silos. - Own Performance & Optimization Strategy: Define success metrics in partnership with Analytics, Finance and Game Operations to evaluate campaign performance, and lead optimization strategies to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention. - Elevate Execution & Team Output: Provide direction, feedback, and prioritization support to junior team members, including the Senior Associate, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and at a high standard. - Drive Operational Excellence: Identify and implement improvements to campaign planning, workflow management, and cross-functional processes to increase speed, clarity, and scalability.
