Channel Sales Manager

UKG

Role Description This position is focused on the management of key strategic partners and development of new business channels within existing and emerging markets throughout Latin America. It also includes selling to some large direct accounts and requires the successful candidate to work effectively with internal and external resources. Responsibilities - Grow APAC business revenues mainly through reseller and partner channels. - Identify, build, and retain high value channel partnerships on behalf of a SaaS vendor, preferably in the business applications space. - Effectively communicate at all levels both internally and externally. - Exceed a $1 Million+ quota consistently. - Develop and work to strategic plans related to channel partner activity in both existing and new markets in APAC. - Define and follow clear rules of engagement with channel partners. - Drive partner sales and marketing activity. - Manage channel sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. - Work closely with relevant UKG functions to ensure alignment of channel activity with the broader GTM plan for the UKG APAC business. - Partner education, enablement, and certification. - Work with partners on co-marketing activities for lead generation. - Manage partner agreements, order, and contracting documentation. - Job duties are varied and complex requiring independent judgment. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in selling software solutions in a channel environment, with success selling HRMS/WFM solutions a plus. - Driven and highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and extreme organization required. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong presentation skills. - Extensive travel in the region is expected as part of this role. - Extensive channel sales experience with focus on managing strategic reseller channels for business applications. - Experience with solution selling, Partner Management, Direct Customer Management, Customer engagement, and Pipeline Management. Preferred Qualifications - Fluent in English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin. - Bachelor degree/BTech/MBA or equivalent.
