• Brainstorm creative ideas for Employee Resource Group programming • Draft content for internal communications • Support the upcoming transition of the CivicScience intranet to a new platform • Research innovative and responsible ways to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) into workflows and internal platforms • Draft job descriptions for critical roles • Influence and update new hire policies and procedures • Contribute to training, learning, and development tools for new hire onboarding

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of human resources best practices and communications principles
  • Ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Excellent written communication, including impeccable grammar
  • Eligibility to receive college credits for this unpaid internship
  • Education in human resources, communications, or business programs (preferred)

Role Description We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-first People Operations Generalist to support the full employee experience and drive operational excellence across our growing team. At our startup stage, this role will also play a key part in helping us scale by supporting core recruitment processes.
