Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of People Operations, HR, or HR/Recruiting Coordinator experience, ideally in a remote-first or distributed environment.
  • Comfortable managing scheduling logistics and coordinating across multiple stakeholders while keeping candidates and hiring teams informed and organized.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable juggling tactical execution and light project management without losing the thread on either.
  • Experience with modern HRIS, Rippling experience is a strong plus.
  • Clear, warm communicator who can work across every level of the company.

Role Description We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-first People Operations Generalist to support the full employee experience and drive operational excellence across our growing team. At our startup stage, this role will also play a key part in helping us scale by supporting core recruitment processes.
