• Liderar proyectos de implementación y desarrollos o evolutivos en Calypso, coordinando equipos funcionales y técnicos. • Actuar como referente funcional y de gestión frente al cliente. • Planificar y supervisar actividades de configuración funcional y/o técnica de Calypso, gestionando equipos, incluyendo onboarding, seguimiento y calidad de entregables. • Participar en la definición de soluciones, estimaciones, governance y reporting del proyecto. • Asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad y control presupuestario.
Job Requirements
- Sólida experiencia en Calypso.
- Experiencia previa como Manager, Team Lead o Responsable de equipos en proyectos Calypso.
- Conocimiento profundo de back office (Accounting, Payments, Settlements, Corporate Actions, Collateral) o Front / Middle Office (Pricing, Trade lifecycle, Market Risk).
- Valorable contar con un nivel alto de inglés.

Role Description We are looking for a Hotel Maintenance Manager to take care of our hotel’s infrastructure (e.g. buildings, electricity). You will manage maintenance personnel and plan various renovation and repair projects. In this role, you should be organized and proactive. Familiarity with electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems is essential. If you’re also committed to meeting health and safety standards, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to ensure our hotel premises are safe and functional for guests and employees alike. Responsibilities - Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards. - Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities (e.g. kitchens, tennis courts). - Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests. - Plan and oversee renovations and construction. - Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages). - Find ways to reduce hotel operating costs and conserve energy. - Supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians and Janitors. - Manage relationships with contractors and service providers. - Maintain budgets, expenses and activity logs. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Hotel Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor. - In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations. - Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry experience is a plus. - Experience in administrative processes (e.g. budgeting, performance management). - Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly. - Problem-solving aptitude. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills. - High school diploma or equivalent; degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in Facility Management is preferred. - Valid Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) is a plus.
• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of property maintenance and repairs for a portfolio of single-family homes. • Source, vet, and manage relationships with third-party contractors and service providers to ensure quality work, timely completion, and cost-efficiency. • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to proactively address property upkeep and reduce emergency repairs. • Receive, prioritize, assign, and track maintenance requests using our property management software. • Conduct regular property inspections (move-in, move-out, seasonal, annual) to identify maintenance needs and ensure lease compliance. • Assist in preparing and managing maintenance budgets, including approval and tracking of expenses. • Serve as the first point of contact for maintenance emergencies; coordinate after-hours or urgent repair response. • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. • Supervise in-house maintenance staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance where applicable.
• Support in managing project and service contracts and taking ownership of specific work packages. • Coordinate contract-compliant delivery of our services together with our IT experts. • Support quality assurance and the further development of our services within SLA and KPI requirements. • Identify opportunities for improvement in collaboration and implement optimizations as part of Continual Service Improvement. • Assist in onboarding new or changed services from planning through handover to operations. • Support adapting customer requirements according to defined standards. • Act as the interface between clients and the project & service team, coordinating tasks.
