Implementation Specialist II

Role Description We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to support onboarding and adoption of EverHealth’s CollaborateMD practice management solution. In this role, you will guide new customers through implementation by providing training, consulting, and project management support to successfully integrate our platform into their daily RCM operations and realize value quickly. You will serve as their trusted advisor throughout onboarding, ensuring their confidence in using our software and positioning them for long-term success. - Host webinar training sessions joined by multiple customer stakeholders - Serve as your customer’s main point of contact for a 60-90-day period - Manage the overall implementation project to ensure on-time delivery - Provide consultancy to both new and existing customers on best practices in using our software - Respond promptly to inbound phone calls and emails - Identify and escalate priority issues - Manage 15-20 customer projects simultaneously - Become a product specialist to others within the organization - Be a solution provider: Deliver dynamic software to a dynamic customer base, requiring creativity to meet unique customer needs - Work on Mountain and/or Pacific time from 8 AM to 5 PM from Mondays to Fridays Qualifications - An Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Nursing or similar field - 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology with a strong focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), preferably in onboarding, implementation, client success, or practice operations supporting medical billing workflows and EHR/PM platforms - Experience serving in a customer implementation, customer success, account management, solutions engineering, consulting or sales role - Strong customer service: can patiently support others through a first-time experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills - Impeccable time management skills Benefits - Flexibility to work where/how you want within your country of employment – in-office, remote, or hybrid - Continued investment in your professional development through Udemy - Robust health and wellness benefits, including an annual wellness stipend - 401k with up to a 4% match and immediate vesting - Flexible and generous (FTO) time-off - Employee Stock Purchase Program - Student Loan Repayment Program Compensation The target base compensation for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 USD per year in most US locations. Role Description Hyper Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and process-focused Service Delivery Specialist to support daily field service operations across national and local markets. This role is responsible for coordinating service partner schedules, managing procurement logistics, processing service-related transactions, and supporting operational execution throughout the service lifecycle. This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, service readiness, and cost-effective deployment of field resources. The Service Delivery Specialist will work cross-functionally with Service, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, and Sales teams to improve service delivery, support scalable growth, and maintain accurate operational and financial tracking.
