Role Description As a UKG Ready Workforce Technology Consultant, you will provide expertise in the UKG Ready HCM implementation and configuration to provide valuable support and solutions to our clients. This role works closely with clients to understand their needs and assist in developing customized solutions. With technical skills and a customer-focused approach, this position plays a key role in delivering high quality service and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, business administration, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 3 (preferred 5) years of experience in UKG Ready TLM and/or Payroll implementation, configuration, and support. - Demonstrated experience in configuring system settings, developing workflows, and troubleshooting issues within UKG Ready. - Preferred experience in weighted average overtime calculation, tax setup, dual counters, PBJ reporting, and multi-site reporting. - Advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including basic formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, etc. - Prior experience in leading client-facing discovery, training, and testing of UKG Ready. • Serve as point of contact for delivering solutions for projects across diverse industries. • Plan and schedule the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines. • Manage the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocation of task to team members and ensure the project stays on track. • Identify and mitigate risk to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. • Track progress and adjust schedules to keep deliveries on track. • Conduct executive status meetings with key stakeholders. • Understanding the key business drivers as well as predicting, identifying, and managing key issues and risk through insights, factual conclusions and advice. • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all deliveries are completed on time and meet customer satisfaction. • Manage customer inquiries and complaints related to project delivery. • Stay updated on the latest ERP trends, technologies and best practices.

• Own the full implementation lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, integration, data migration, testing, and post-launch review — on complex, multi-workstream, or enterprise-scope projects • Design implementation solutions that translate complex customer business requirements into technically sound, scalable system configurations — thinking beyond the immediate setup to the customer's long-term workflow needs • Manage multi-stakeholder customer environments with confidence — navigating competing priorities, evolving requirements, and organizational complexity while maintaining project momentum and customer trust • Manage timeline risk proactively — identifying delays, blockers, or scope changes early and addressing them with a structured response rather than allowing them to compound • Handle post-launch stabilization and early adoption challenges as part of the implementation engagement — ensuring customers reach defined value milestones before formal handoff to Customer Success • Lead technical solution design for complex implementations — including multi-system integrations, advanced data mapping, workflow automation, and custom configurations that require reasoning across the customer's full technology stack • Maintain expert-level knowledge of all supported platforms, integration patterns, and configuration options — including edge cases, advanced features, and the technical boundaries where custom solutions may be required • Evaluate the technical feasibility of customer requirements and communicate trade-offs clearly — providing honest, well-reasoned guidance on what is achievable within scope and what requires a different approach • Independently author and maintain implementation playbooks, configuration guides, data migration templates, integration documentation, and post-launch readiness checklists for use across the implementation team • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders — including IT leaders, operations directors, and executive sponsors — with the credibility and communication quality those relationships require • Partner with Product and Engineering on feature feedback, integration gap analysis, and release impact assessment — contributing the implementation team's structured perspective on how product decisions affect customer onboarding outcomes • Collaborate with Customer Success on implementation-to-CS handoffs — ensuring CS teams inherit a complete picture of the customer's configuration, known issues, success criteria, and adoption readiness.

Role Description The purpose of this assignment is to provide technical and related support on the implementation of play-based learning through the Foundation Phase Initiative within the Directorate: Curriculum Implementation and Quality Improvement of the DBE under the supervision of the Director: Curriculum Implementation and Quality Improvement (GET) and Education Specialist (UNICEF). - Support the Department of Basic Education with the absorption and integration of the Foundation Phase Initiative (FPI) on the use of manipulatives and play-based pedagogies. - Provide technical support for the implementation of the Foundation Phase Initiative (FPI) with emphasis on play-based pedagogies in the National Curriculum and Assessment Policy Statement for Grades R to 3 (CAPS). - Support staff in the Directorate: Curriculum Implementation and Quality Improvement on the implementation of learning through play and the optimal utilization of the P.L.A.Y. online in-service training for Grades R to 3. - Assist the Director: Curriculum Implementation and Quality Improvement (GET) at the DBE in preparing technical reports for submission to HEDCOM, CEM, and Parliament. Qualifications - A minimum of an advanced degree or equivalent in education, early childhood education, basic education, social sciences, or related technical fields (master’s). Requirements - Minimum of three years relevant professional work experience related to early learning, basic education, or programme management in the education sector, preferably with experience in curriculum and strong analytical and policy-related work. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to produce clear, concise, and high-quality written outputs. - Sound knowledge of early learning and development and the basic education sector, particularly the Foundation Phase in South Africa. - Strong understanding of current developments in early learning, including play-based learning approaches aligned to the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) and CAPS for Grades R to 3. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel. Strong analytical, writing, and reporting skills.
