The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within healthcare environments and a solid understanding of clinic administration and operational workflows. Experience leading process improvement initiatives is highly preferred. Main Responsibilities: - Lead and manage operational healthcare projects from initiation through execution and completion. - Coordinate projects related to new service implementations, clinic acquisitions, and business operational integrations. - Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope. - Collaborate with leadership teams, clinic administrators, and cross-functional departments to support project execution. - Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies while providing regular status updates to stakeholders. - Ensure alignment between operational objectives and project outcomes. - Support the development and implementation of administrative procedures and operational workflows. - Facilitate meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across project teams. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager. - Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools. - Experience managing projects within healthcare or clinical operations environments is required. - Experience supporting clinic administration processes and healthcare operational procedures is highly preferred. - Previous experience managing projects involving clinic acquisitions, operational expansions, or service implementations is preferred. - Experience with process improvement initiatives is highly desirable. - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
