Role Description itD is seeking a Project Manager to lead execution of global supply chain planning transformation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance planning processes, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable business value. This role plays a key part in shaping the company's future supply chain planning capabilities by driving cross-functional delivery, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives, and enabling innovation across a complex global environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, experience delivering large-scale cross-regional initiatives, and familiarity with AI-driven transformation efforts. Location: Remote anywhere in the United States (preference for RTP or SJC campuses) Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end execution of projects across multiple global teams to deliver approved outcomes - Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans including schedules, resources, and budgets - Coordinate global supply chain planning operations across cross-functional stakeholders - Manage vendor accountability and ensure delivery aligns with project scope and expectations - Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed - Facilitate stakeholder communications and manage expectations across global teams - Utilize project management tools such as Microsoft Project Online, Asana, Miro, Jira, or similar platforms to track and report status Internal Responsibilities - Attend regular internal practice community meetings - Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership - Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material) - Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice - Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual) - Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in project management delivering complex, cross-functional, multi-region projects - Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and execution across global teams - Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project Online, Asana, Miro, or Jira - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Experience working in structured project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Preferred Qualifications and Skills - Experience supporting or leading AI-driven transformation initiatives - Familiarity with AI concepts including machine learning, predictive analytics, and natural language processing - Experience in supply chain planning environments including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, or S&OP - Experience working within large-scale global transformation programs - Ability to influence and align stakeholders across diverse global teams and cultures Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required; equivalent work experience considered Benefits - Comprehensive medical benefits - 401k plan - Paid holidays - Networking & career learning and development programs Company Description About itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
