• Maintain financial records using Microsoft Excel and Salesforce • Review time entries daily to ensure accuracy • Assist with the submissions for onboarding, off boarding, and talent acquisition requests • Maintain Organizational Chart for overall and individual accounts • Prepare monthly financial totals for invoicing • Assist as needed in the creation of formal RFQs and RFPs • Monitor training compliance of safety procedures and requirements (e.g., NFPA-70E, Lock Out Tag Out procedures, First Aid & CPR training, proper use of PPE) required by Salute and Clients. • Coordinate and assist with conducting interviews and manage communications with prospective new hires • Generate reports on financial performance, process compliance, and hiring efforts • Perform additional tasks as required to ensure all accounts are performing at expected levels.

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support operational and strategic initiatives within the healthcare industry. This role will focus on managing projects related to healthcare operations, including the creation of new services, clinic acquisitions, business integrations, and administrative process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within healthcare environments and a solid understanding of clinic administration and operational workflows. Experience leading process improvement initiatives is highly preferred. Main Responsibilities: - Lead and manage operational healthcare projects from initiation through execution and completion. - Coordinate projects related to new service implementations, clinic acquisitions, and business operational integrations. - Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope. - Collaborate with leadership teams, clinic administrators, and cross-functional departments to support project execution. - Identify operational challenges and recommend process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies while providing regular status updates to stakeholders. - Ensure alignment between operational objectives and project outcomes. - Support the development and implementation of administrative procedures and operational workflows. - Facilitate meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across project teams. Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager. - Fluent in English & Spanish (spoken and written). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools. - Experience managing projects within healthcare or clinical operations environments is required. - Experience supporting clinic administration processes and healthcare operational procedures is highly preferred. - Previous experience managing projects involving clinic acquisitions, operational expansions, or service implementations is preferred. - Experience with process improvement initiatives is highly desirable. - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred. - PMP certification or similar project management certification is a plus. Physical Requirements - Ability to work remotely for extended periods while using a computer and standard office equipment. - Ability to attend virtual meetings and maintain consistent communication throughout the workday. - May require occasional travel within Puerto Rico based on business or project needs.

• Managing cross functional programs to launch new hardware and driving high priority projects with established partners to achieve jointly aligned objectives and key results • Work with up to 25 cross functional teams (Business, Marketing, Product Planning, Logistics, Finance, Hardware, Software, Apps, Legal, Compliance etc.) to deliver first-class product launches across Home (Nest) and Health (Fitbit) current and forthcoming portfolio of products • Coordinate and diligently track deliverables for highly visible programs, supporting executional strategy and operational plan • Drive consensus and accountability across all functions at all levels, proactively keeping all parties appropriately informed • Develop end-to-end schedules, track key milestones, and create contingency plans for high-risk deliverables • Support all communication priorities, risks, and schedules to leadership • Build productive and synergistic relationships with internal cross functional teams and leaders • Provide support and expertise to drive efficiency in overall launch operations and process.
