Job Description

Project Coordinator

Salute

• Maintain financial records using Microsoft Excel and Salesforce • Review time entries daily to ensure accuracy • Assist with the submissions for onboarding, off boarding, and talent acquisition requests • Maintain Organizational Chart for overall and individual accounts • Prepare monthly financial totals for invoicing • Assist as needed in the creation of formal RFQs and RFPs • Monitor training compliance of safety procedures and requirements (e.g., NFPA-70E, Lock Out Tag Out procedures, First Aid & CPR training, proper use of PPE) required by Salute and Clients. • Coordinate and assist with conducting interviews and manage communications with prospective new hires • Generate reports on financial performance, process compliance, and hiring efforts • Perform additional tasks as required to ensure all accounts are performing at expected levels.

Job Requirements

  • Proficient computer skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Exceptional time management abilities
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Access to and proficiency with a smartphone
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Military experience (preferred)
  • Experience in the data center industry (preferred)
  • Experience scheduling appointments and/or conducting interviews with prospective new hires (preferred)
