• Own the program management infrastructure: MoSCoW tracker, decision log, status reporting. • Bring informed program-level challenge on technical sequencing and delivery risk. • Own and maintain the MoSCoW priority tracker across all workstreams. • Maintain the program-level decision log. • Manage the cross-track dependency map across all active projects. • Produce weekly program status reports and executive readout materials. • Chair or co-chair weekly program cadence meetings. • Ensure stage gate preparation across program phases. • Proactively surface risks, assumptions, and issues before they stall the program. • Maintain a single source of truth for program status. • Support the development of decision and comparison matrices. • Coordinate across multiple implementation partners and internal teams. • Ensure that cloud platform vendor plans, risks, and dependencies are integrated.

• Define and lead the enterprise M&A integration activities across technical domains • Create integration readiness checklists across tooling, teams, and processes • Standardize Jira and Confluence onboarding practices • Establish governance with Strategy, Security, and IT stakeholders • Drive executive-level reporting and risk visibility • Define post-integration review and continuous improvement processes • Ensure alignment of integration execution with business outcomes.

Role Description The Commitment Oversight & Release Section (CORS) Program Supervisor will be driving meaningful change for incarcerated individuals, improving outcomes back into Montana communities, and providing transparency and shaping placement decisions for offenders who have been placed under DOC authority. - Oversee statewide section making placement decisions for DOC committed offenders - Drive strategy, set goals, and measure outcomes to improve system-wide performance - Ensure quality, compliance, and consistency with policies and correctional best practices - Participate in the Institutional Screening process - Partner with DOC personnel and community partners - Ensure statutorily required court notifications are completed - Represent DOC with legislators, leadership, and the public - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals You’ll play a critical role in advancing rehabilitation efforts, strengthening communities, and shaping the future of DOC committed offenders.
