Role Description The Program Manager, Partnerships plays a critical role in driving the successful expansion of Soluna across California. This role is responsible for owning and advancing key partnership initiatives, ensuring strong coordination across internal teams and a seamless, high-quality experience for external stakeholders. By connecting data, stakeholder activity, and program priorities, this role enables more effective decision-making and consistent program delivery. Working closely with Directors and VPs, this role helps translate strategy into execution, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, partnerships are effectively managed, and programs operate with clarity and consistency. How You’ll Make an Impact - Stakeholder Management & Partner Engagement: - Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for external partners - Serve as a primary point of contact for partner coordination and ongoing engagement - Lead meeting coordination, including agendas, follow-ups, and clear next steps - Build strong working relationships with community partners, health plans, and providers - Ensure consistency and continuity across all partner interactions - Cross-Functional Coordination: - Drive alignment across teams to enable execution - Act as the central coordination point across Partnerships, Account Management, Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Clinical teams - Ensure alignment between program goals, stakeholder needs, and internal priorities - Manage dependencies and communication across multiple workstreams - Drive clarity, accountability, and follow-through across teams - CRM Ownership & Data-Driven Operations: - Strengthen visibility and decision-making through data - Own CRM hygiene and usage across the Partnerships team - Ensure partner activity, engagement, and outcomes are accurately tracked - Use data to inform outreach prioritization and engagement strategies - Develop and deliver reporting and insights to support team decision-making - Process Design & Operational Excellence: - Build scalable, efficient ways of working - Design and implement repeatable workflows for partnership management - Identify inefficiencies and lead improvements to streamline operations - Support automation and tooling to reduce manual work and increase consistency - Document SOPs to enable scale and standardization across programs - Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement: - Drive better outcomes through insight and iteration - Track key program metrics and partnership performance - Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve execution - Translate insights into actionable recommendations - Continuously refine processes to improve team effectiveness and impact What Success Looks Like - Partnership programs are executed consistently and effectively, with clear ownership and accountability - External stakeholders experience seamless, well-coordinated engagement - Cross-functional teams are aligned, with clear communication and strong follow-through - CRM data is accurate, complete, and actively used to drive decisions - Scalable processes and workflows improve efficiency, consistency, and program outcomes Qualifications - 4–7 years of experience in program management, operations, partnerships, or customer success, or equivalent experience - Proven ability to own and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), with strong attention to data quality - Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Clear, professional communication skills with experience managing internal and external stakeholders - Experience in California’s behavioral health, public sector, or education systems preferred - Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach Benefits - Compensation: The base salary for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 annually - Excellent Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage - Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) - 401(K) Retirement Plan with company match - Generous Paid Time Off - Remote-first flexibility and work-from-home support - Paid parental leave - Learning & development opportunities - 8 Paid Holidays, plus two half-day holidays (Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve)
