Technical Service Technician – Entry-Level, UPS/HVAC, Bi-Lingual Mandarin Required

• Assist senior engineers with installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repair of UPS or HVAC systems • Participate in structured training programs focused on safety, diagnostics, and equipment operation • Provide on-site and remote technical support under supervision • Support testing and inspection of systems to ensure performance and compliance • Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time • Follow Delta’s safety and quality standards at all customer sites • Travel regionally (and occasionally nationwide) for field assignments

Job Requirements

  • Associate, Technical, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, UPS, or related technical field (Military technical experience also considered)
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
  • Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical concepts (voltage, current, airflow, pressure, etc.)
  • Strong willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
  • Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as required.
