• We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst, a role that combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking and a deep understanding of how data drives business decisions. • The ideal candidate is comfortable owning projects end-to-end — from translating business questions into data requirements to delivering polished, executive-ready dashboards and insights. • You should be highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously. • You must be confident working with complex, multi-source datasets and capable of identifying discrepancies, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity. • Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations. • In a media and marketing analytics environment, looking for someone who understands campaign performance metrics, audience measurement, and cross-channel reporting. • You should have experience building client-facing dashboards and be comfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings where accuracy and presentation quality are critical.

• Build and maintain the “single source of truth” for marketing performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels • Track and analyze core KPIs including ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, AOV, retention, and cohort performance • Conduct deep-dive analyses to answer critical business questions (e.g., creative performance, channel efficiency, customer quality) • Partner with marketing and media buying teams to improve attribution visibility and decision-making • Use Domo (Magic ETL, Beast Mode, SQL) to clean, transform, and model data from Shopify, Klaviyo, and AWS data sources • Design and build executive-grade dashboards that are intuitive, actionable, and mobile-friendly • Develop calculated fields and business logic for e-commerce metrics (e.g., contribution margin, blended CAC, MER) • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting layers • Act as the bridge between data engineering and business teams, translating requirements into scalable reporting solutions • Define requirements for new data pipelines and integrations with engineering partners • Enable stakeholders by training teams on Domo usage, alerts, and self-serve analytics capabilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring quality and consistency. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable metrics and KPIs. • Implement effective data models with a focus on performance and scalability. • Support automation initiatives and advanced analytics, exploring AI and machine learning concepts where applicable.

Role Description - Conduct customer discovery meetings to determine reporting requirements. - Understand and work with customer on Power BI Licensing, and understand the limits/advantages of each licensing platform. - Create well performing star schema data models for use with Power BI, including proper calculated columns and measures. - Creating Power BI solutions for customers including importing data from multiple sources, building reports and dashboards, and creating appropriate data elements using DAX and source queries. - Guide customers on deploying Power BI solutions to the Power BI service (Gateways, DirectQuery, DataFlows, Data Updates). Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer, engineering, data science or a related field; or equivalent work experience. - 5+ years working with data and business intelligence solutions on the Microsoft tool stack for Business Intelligence (SSRS, Power BI, or PowerPivot (Excel) or PerformancePoint), or other vendor Business Intelligence tools (Business Objects, MicroStrategy, Qlik, SAP). - Working knowledge of TSQL, data modeling, reporting using Power BI or other Microsoft tools. - Experience creating complete Power BI report solutions based on business questions with linked content, drilldowns, and nested parameters. - Dynamic measure designs using advanced DAX techniques. - Knowledge of data mashups and transformations using Power Query/M language. - Utilize Databricks platform to develop, implement, and optimize data pipelines and workflows. - Ability to report visual choices and visual interactions. - Design, develop and implement user interfaces to ensure ease of use and minimal knowledge by the functional work group that will be using the database. - Ability to gather requirements and conduct focus groups to determine the processes needed to assist and grow the business. Additional Preferred Experience - Power BI tenant and workspace management to support development, testing and deployment. - Experience with analytics and custom visualizations for Power BI using Python, R. - Advanced SQL including some query tuning. - Experience in the identification of data quality. - Experience deploying Power BI solutions to the Power BI Report Server (on-premises). - Experience deploying Power BI solutions using Power BI Embedded. - Deploying cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure data services including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SQL DB.
