• The Senior SharePoint & Power BI Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure collaboration platforms and advanced data visualization solutions in support of federal and enterprise programs. • This role translates business, technical, and operational requirements into scalable SharePoint environments and actionable Power BI dashboards that enable informed decision-making, performance tracking, and compliance reporting. • The individual will work closely with program leadership, technical teams, and government stakeholders to ensure solutions meet security, usability, and governance standards while supporting mission and operational objectives. • Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server environments. • Develop and manage Document libraries with structured metadata and taxonomy. • Ensure SharePoint implementations align with federal IT and cybersecurity standards.

• Develop training materials, including video walkthroughs, step-by-step how-to guides, and Train-the-Trainer guides for contact center capabilities. • Support training content development across Workforce Management, Quality Management, Knowledge Management, Agent Essentials, Supervisor Essentials, and Reporting & Analytics topic areas. • Create role-based learning content for agents, supervisors, QA analysts, workforce planners, and knowledge management authors as required by the customer training approach. • Prepare and deliver instructor-led training sessions using Train-the-Trainer and direct delivery to end users based on customer preference and migration and go-live readiness needs. • Support training for contact center reporting and analytics topics, including real-time and historical reporting, standard reports, dashboards, key performance metrics, data export, and interaction search. • Translate operational procedures and standard operating procedures into clear, user-friendly training content that supports adoption and consistent use of functionality. • Coordinate with project leadership and customer stakeholders to align training products and delivery with migration and go-live plans. • Update training materials based on platform changes, user feedback, and evolving customer needs. • Facilitate knowledge transfer and user adoption by delivering clear, engaging training and responding to learner questions in a professional manner.

• Design, build, test, and maintain automation solutions that streamline business and mission support processes. • Develop bots using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate (Power Platform), ensuring compliance with IT governance and security protocols. • Collaborate with stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Process Owners to assess feasibility and define automation requirements. • Create and maintain technical documentation including Solution Description Documents (SDDs), deployment guides, and support materials aligned with system development documentation standards. • Ensure quality and stability of deployed bots by supporting troubleshooting, updates, and ongoing performance improvements. • Adhere to established configuration management, version control, and DevSecOps practices. • Participate in peer code reviews, technical design reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement within the RPA development lifecycle. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and mission IT groups to ensure compliant and resilient automation deployments.

• Provide development and testing of software applications on an enterprise server platform. • Work in the analysis of existing code and documenting code with a view to modernize the Federal Client. • Create, update, unit test, and maintain IBM COBOL programs • Update documentation such as Functional Specification Packages (FSPs) or Program Requirements Packages (PRPs) and/or Visio diagrams, and/or spreadsheets as needed. • Track requirements and create/execute unit test cases. • Write, analyze, review and/or provide comments on documentation such as Unified Work Requests (UWR), UWR responses and Internal Revenue Manuals (IRM), Interface Control Documents (ICD) Computer Operator Handbooks (COH) • Rewrite programs, using workflow chart and diagram, and applying knowledge of computer capabilities, tax processing subject matter expertise, and symbolic logic. • Perform or direct the revision, repair, or expansion of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. • Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes. • Perform systems analysis and programming tasks to maintain and control the use of computer systems software. • Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program. • Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe input, output, and logical operation, and convert them into a series of instructions coded in a computer language. • Consult with and assist testers in the development, SAT and FIT environments. • Lead the development of software solutions that will meet or exceed business requirements; the development effort includes designing and implementing modules to the system specifications, conducting unit testing, troubleshooting issues, and producing detailed proposals to resolve issues. • May evaluate new coding techniques, tools, modules, and implementation as appropriate. • Lead and mentor entry and mid-level developers • Consult on requirements elicitation and definition. • Code reviews, unit test, and integrate coded modules. • Assist other developers in resolving issues by providing guidance and training. • Support testing and remediate defects. • Support users through troubleshooting and analysis of production logs and data. • Investigate new solutions, tools, products, and techniques to incorporate into coding standards.

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of Salesforce solutions in a Salesforce Government Cloud environment. • Provide technical leadership to a team of Salesforce engineers, including solution direction, code reviews, mentoring, standards enforcement, and delivery oversight. • Design and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce configurations and customizations that align with federal security, compliance, and mission requirements. • Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Profiles, user access architecture, object permissions, field-level security, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and overall platform security model. • Assess, support, optimize, and modernize legacy Workflow Rules and related automation; lead the transition of automation patterns to Flow Builder and other modern Salesforce capabilities where appropriate. • Design, build, and maintain advanced Salesforce automations using Flow, approval processes, validation rules, Apex, triggers, and related platform tools. • Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and standard platform capabilities. • Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL/data migration tools, and other enterprise integration patterns. • Collaborate with product owners, architects, administrators, analysts, cybersecurity teams, and stakeholders to translate mission and business requirements into technical solutions. • Establish and enforce engineering best practices for source control, CI/CD, release management, testing, documentation, and deployment. • Support environment strategy, data migration, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support for complex platform issues. • Contribute to technical roadmaps, platform governance, and long-term modernization strategy for Salesforce capabilities supporting NASA programs.

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines in AWS to support ingestion, transformation, and enrichment of structured and semi-structured data • Design and implement Delta Lake tables optimized for ACID compliance, partition pruning, schema enforcement, and query performance across large datasets • Develop ETL and ELT workflows that integrate multiple source systems into a centralized, query-optimized data warehouse architecture • Leverage AWS tools to implement business rules, dimensional joins, and aggregation logic aligned to warehouse modeling best practices • Collaborate with data architects and engineers to implement cloud-native data solutions on AWS using S3, Glue, RDS, and IAM for secure, scalable storage and access control • Optimize pipeline performance through intelligent partitioning, caching, broadcast joins, and adaptive query tuning • Deploy and version data engineering assets using Git-integrated development workflows and automate deployment with CI/CD tools such as GitLab or Jenkins • Monitor pipeline health, job execution, and cluster utilization using AWS CloudWatch, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing cost-performance tradeoffs • Conduct technical discovery and mapping of legacy source systems, identifying required transformations and designing end-to-end data flows • Implement governance practices including metadata tagging, data quality validation, audit logging, and lineage tracking using platform-native features and custom logic • Support ad hoc data access requests, develop reusable data assets, and maintain shared notebooks that meet operational reporting and analytics needs across teams

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of data integration and data platform solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability • Establish and enforce best practices for data integration, ETL/ELT, automation, monitoring, and data quality • Design and maintain cloud and/or on-premise data warehouses, data lakes, and data access APIs • Oversee data modeling efforts including dimensional modeling, denormalized structures, and OLAP concepts • Drive delivery of data engineering initiatives, including structured and unstructured data pipelines • Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques to integrate large datasets from multiple sources • Support analytical use cases by enabling data availability, quality controls, and reporting frameworks • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to data engineering teams • Provide required technical documentation for all relevant deliverables

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and data layers • Define and enforce automation standards, patterns, and best practices across teams • Lead the shift-left testing strategy by partnering with developers to improve testability & design • Build API-first, contract, and integration tests for microservices-based architectures • Implement automated validation for ETL pipelines, data migrations, and reporting accuracy • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, enforcing quality gates for deployments • Perform root cause analysis by debugging test failures at the code and data level • Reduce dependency on manual regression testing through automation coverage and tooling • Mentor other test engineers in automation engineering and framework usage • Evaluate and introduce modern testing tools and techniques as appropriate.
