SAFe Agile Scrum Master
Transaction Network Services (TNS)
• Serve as Scrum Master ensuring effective adoption of SAFe Agile practices • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) • Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement • Partner closely with Product Owners and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and delivery • Track and manage work using Jira, ensuring accurate backlog hygiene and reporting • Support program-level coordination within a SAFe Agile environment
Job Requirements
- SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent certification
- Proven experience supporting multiple Agile teams in an engineering environment
- Strong working knowledge of Jira
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

Role Description The Scrum Master will run, administer, and organize all scrum activities on multiple Product Component teams in order to deliver high quality solutions that meet defined requirements on time and within budget.
